Use a vacuum glue filling machine to fill glue for the product in a negative pressure vacuum state. Because the vacuum environment can promote the escape of gas in the glue. It can effectively reduce the bubbles in the glue, but it does not guarantee that there are no bubbles at all. Because even in a vacuum state, there are still tiny bubbles in the glue, and the size and number of these bubbles are difficult to fully control.
In addition to glue, some products have more precise internal structure, glue can be better potting to the entire product, but the tiny gaps inside are not completely filled, and the bubbles inside are also more difficult to solve.
It should be noted that:
1. In the process of filling glue, glue should be injected slowly to avoid bubbles in the process of vigorous mixing. Try not to use manual glue pouring, and use the automatic glue pumping function of the vacuum glue pouring machine. Pumping the glue from the glue bucket to the equipment glue storage bucket;
2. Use a special defoaming method to further pump out small glue bubbles;
3. After the vacuum filling is completed, do not open the vacuum box door immediately, and keep the pressure for a period of time before opening the door;

The reason for the occurrence of vacuum holes is that when the vacuum filling machine is used to directly open the vacuum state after the filling is completed, the glue surface will solidify rapidly in a short time, while the internal glue has not yet solidified, and gas will escape from the glue to form holes.
In order to avoid the phenomenon of vacuum holes, after the filling is completed, the vacuum state can be suspended and waited for a period of time to allow the glue to leak out of gas, and then open the vacuum state after the glue surface is completely solidified.
Therefore, in the process of using a vacuum glue filling machine for glue perfusion, it is necessary to pay attention to some details and skills during operation according to the actual situation to avoid problems such as holes in the vacuum state, so as to ensure the quality effect of glue perfusion.
