(4) The color of the colored lights is low, especially in a bright environment, the color is washed away, and the screen clarity is poor. (5) The old-fashioned high-voltage live display device with mandatory locking of electrical equipment has an excessively simple basic principle of locking. Only the output data signals of A, B and C three-phase inductors directly form a control locking power supply circuit after half-wave rectification. In that way, when the system has a short-circuit fault and lacks phase abnormality, the equipment cannot be reliably locked due to the drift of the locking control voltage, resulting in a safety accident of the live grounding switch. (6) Therefore, the installation of neon-type high-voltage live display device is mostly plastic shell, installed in the high-voltage machine equipment room. Once the switch cabinet is short-circuited, it will cause an electric arc during operation. The continuous high-temperature electric arc may melt the plastic shell of the machine and hurt the operation or maintenance personnel. For many problems existing in the old high-voltage live display device, a new live display device with high safety and reliability, long service life, durability and clear indication can fill the defects of the old high-voltage live display device.
